"Mid State Realty owner matches donations to Monroe Special Sports children’s programs"
Mid State Realty, Monroe Township, has just completed its fall fundraising campaign for Monroe Special Sports. Monroe Special Sports is a community-based program that provides the ways and means for Monroe Township’s special needs children to play and socialize via organized sports.
“We are grateful for everyone’s generous and thoughtful donations,” said Mid State Realty owner John Profaci. He will be matching the campaign’s donations so that Monroe Special Sports children will have sustained or even greater benefits.
This Monroe-based program has five different programs that children can participate in all year round: Track Wars, Kings and Queens Bowling; Budd Ball Baseball; Basketball Pals; and Soccer Stars. All of the programs are run at a minimal cost or are free to the families. Monroe Special Sports is a 501-C3 public charity and contributions are tax deductible. It is a completely non-for-profit organization and is volunteer run.
“I am very proud that this is our company’s chosen charity, and we look forward to more successful fundraising campaigns in the future,” Profaci said.
